Position Overview
Assists Front Office Team Leader in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual. Front Office Host operation in particular Ensures all information including but not limited to restaurants, hotel facilities and other miscellaneous are updated periodically. Ensures Guest Experience Management notes are recorded correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain the Front Office β Host daily Log book. Ensure all incidents are reported and submitted in timely manner. Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate. Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information. Familiar with the hotelβs products and services.
