• Guest experience: Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests.
• Welcome guests and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures under the supervision of the Front Office team.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services.
• Manage reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system.
• Support the coordination of guests’ special requests with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Guest Experience, etc.).
