• Guarantee time attendace within the KPI proposed
• Documents Generation and sending of PIN to Exporters within the deadline published
• Prompt release of CE Mercante when original bl and payment is received within the deadline published
• Printing and Release of BL (s) Export
• Guarantee that the system is showing the accurate information related to BL issue and release
• Daily operate the Express Release tool and monitor its results twice a day
• Be available at wave platform to guarantee fast BL release
• Maintain BL forms in security and guarantee stock levels in all agencies
• Archive documents timely and accurately
• Be the facilitator between customer, import & export teams related to documents & BL management

Specific knowledge:

• Intermediate English is mandatory
• SAP system
• Working knowledge of International Commercial and Export Chain.
