Position Overview
As part of Manulife Philippines, Technology team, we are looking for a Front-end Software Engineer (Salesforce) who will be responsible for supporting, developing and enhancing our Salesforce applications.
Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Support the integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems.Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing Salesforce applications and solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides.Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating thei...
