**1.** **Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead system-level ideation and rapid prototyping of new product concepts, from concept sketches to functional prototypes.
+ Rapidly assess technology value and feasibility; prioritize high-impact technical paths.
+ Distill complex problem spaces into clear, testable technical questions and development plans.
+ Guide and steer development teams to focus on critical technical challenges; act as an independent technical lead.
+ Development experience in sensors, and integration with mechanical subsystems.
+ Collaborate and lead multidisciplinary engineers (mechanical, optical, software, AI) and suppliers to implement solutions.
+ Define system requirements, interface control documents, and experiment/test plans to validate concepts. Document learnings, risks, and recommend next steps (iterate, scale, or pivot).
