ROLES & Responsibilities -
• Handle customer enquires with accurate information – in person, Phone, email, google business, WhatsApp
•Welcome clients to the centre and make them feel comfortable.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate treatment room, manage timings and treatments
manage sales of products and treatments.
•Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up session booking, cancellation, send session reminders
•Manage calendar of all therapists
•Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
•Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
