Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Handle courier and dispatch activities
Support administrative and office coordination tasks
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
Proficiency in MS Office
Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
