Ensuring availability at reception area and welcoming guests; Managing the boardline calls Travel and Accommodation: Arranging / preparing the invitation letters for the employees travelling Managing the travel and hotel bookings directly and through the HR in region Arranging airport picks and drop offs Booking accommodation for guests either in our guesthouse or hotels for guest Monitoring guest house house-keeping regularly Courier and Mail Management: Managing the dispatch and receipt of all the Mails / couriers Facility management: Keep track on facility service due dates.
