We are seeking an entry-level Front Desk Coordinator to provide front office support in a professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
+ Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors while serving as the first point of contact at the front desk.
+ Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system in a courteous and efficient manner.
+ Receive deliveries, mail, and packages, ensuring timely notification to the appropriate staff members.
