Schedule: 24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Core position hours: 8:00am-4:30pm.

*** Must be able to help provide coverage for office hours (6:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday) as needed. ***

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Performs receptionist functions including but not limited to chart prep, patient check-in and insurance verification.

+ Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls. Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery.
+ Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information.
+ Composes, types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
