What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Support Advisor , you'll be the first point of contact for travelers and customers, helping them with a variety of requests. Your role will include:
- Managing bookings creating, updating, or canceling reservations.
- Guiding customers via phone, email, or chat with professional and friendly support.
- Assisting with special services (VIP clients, mobility support, or tailored travel needs).
- Handling claims such as delays, cancellations, or strikes with empathy and efficiency.
- Providing accurate, real-time information to help customers make confident decisions.
- Going above and beyond so that every interaction feels personal and memorable.
