We're partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform, to join their their team in Portugal, fully remote from anywhere.

Your Role

• Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.
