Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails from French and German-speaking customers and Sales ManagersRespond to website and inbox queries professionally and efficientlyProcess orders from French and German-speaking countriesSupport order processing for other markets during busy periodsBook pallets and parcels via courier systems when requiredCollaborate with internal departments on occasional tasks and projects Essentials
