Position Details - Position: Freight Operations Supervisor
- Location: Tuas
- Working hours: 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.00PM, Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM
- Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities - Oversee daily freight operations, including air, sea and land shipments.
- Coordinate shipment bookings, schedules, deliveries and operational follow-ups.
- Supervise and guide the operations team to meet service and performance targets.
- Handle escalations, customer issues and shipment-related challenges promptly.
- Liaise with carriers, agents, warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Check and ensure accuracy of shipping documents, including BL, AWB, invoices and permits.
