- Coordinating and setting up air export shipments
- Following up on customer requests and resolving operational issues
- Preparing and processing export and transport documentation
- Maintaining communication with airlines, hauliers and internal departments

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics and Economics or a related field. Candidates with an MBO level education and relevant experience are also welcome to apply
- At least one year of experience in coordinating transport or preparing transport documentation
- Experience in airfreight operations is an advantage
- Professional command of English. Dutch language skills are an asset
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with various IT systems. Knowledge of Cargowise is a plus
