Roles & Responsibilities:

Resource and allocate loads daily, achieving best possible margins
Schedule deliveries in line with customer expectations
Proactively source additional work via transport trading platforms
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain regular communication with subcontract hauliers
Monitor delivery performance and manage any delays
Work to operational KPIs and business targets
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Transport Broker / Transport Trader
Strong background negotiating transport rates with subcontractors
