Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Freight Agent Recruiter with experience in the

3PL, freight brokerage, or logistics industry. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding independent freight agents to join our growing agent network.

The ideal candidate understands the independent agent model, is highly organized, and is

comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This individual will

play a key role in expanding our agent network by sourcing qualified professionals and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify prospective independent freight agents within the 3PL, freight

brokerage and logistics industries

• Engage experienced logistics professionals to evaluate alignment with our independent

agent program
