What do we do?

Four years ago, we started with the idea of improving recruitment processes in companies. We, the founders ( Santiago and Juan ), had had very bad experiences both recruiting and being recruited. We built PeakU for ourselves.

PeakU is a headhunter specializing in finding technology talent for markets in the US and Europe. We are one of the few companies that truly uses AI (machine learning) in everything we do, which has allowed us to stand out from much larger competitors with far more resources (we have been selected by Rockstart and RutaN ).

Our goal is for PeakU to be a world leader in recruiting specialized personnel; our product is unique in the world.
