We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join on a freelance basis for projects across London.

Working with established M&E contractors, you will be responsible for managing costs across mechanical and electrical packages, including valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts. Projects will primarily be within the commercial and healthcare sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong order book and long-term project pipeline.

💰 Day Rate: £350 – £450+

Ideal candidates will have a proven background in M&E surveying and be confident managing projects independently.
