Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of Pre-Construction Services Agreements (PCSA) including contractor tendering, analysis, and presentation to the commercial team.

* Manage design progression from RIBA Stage 1 through Stage 4, ensuring successful planning approvals and compliance with:

* Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements

* Building Control standards

* Oversee the preparation and coordination of design documentation, including prescribed documents and subcontractor tender enquiries.
