Position Overview
Here at CORUS we are looking for a Freelance CRM & Loyalty Expert to join our team in an international insurance project.
Location: Barcelona (1 day in the office).
You will:
- This role leads CRM and loyalty strategy from business alignment through activation. You will define the customer engagement model, translate business goals into lifecycle and retention journeys, and support clients in shaping CRM and loyalty programs that drive acquisition, cross-sell, repeat engagement and win-back.
- The role sits on the strategy side, not the technical operator side, but requires a strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, data architecture, triggers, segmentation and personalization.
