Freelance Chartered Accountant (JB Based) - 1 Day Per Month (SG Travel Required) Job Summary We seek a seasoned Chartered Accountant based in Johor Bahru for a unique ultra‑part‑time role managing Singapore corporate tax compliance and statutory filings with monthly on‑site collaboration.
Responsibilities - Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS ensuring full compliance with Singapore tax regulations
- Prepare and submit Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) within 3 months after financial year‑end to meet statutory deadlines
- Manage end‑to‑end preparation and submission of Corporate Tax returns (Form C / Form C‑S) for Singapore entities
- Compile Year‑End Unaudited Financial Statements in compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and SFRS standards
- Travel monthly to the Singapore office to align with the team and review financial health and compliance status
