Job Description Position : Franchise Manager

Educational Qualification:- BMS/ MBA/ PGDM in Marketing, Retail or Operations

Work experience (in years) :- 4+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the retail franchise network, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence across all franchise stores. • Own and drive franchise performance by tracking sales, profitability, KPIs, and compliance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to meet business targets. • Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, building strong relationships, resolving operational issues, and enabling partners to scale their business profitably. • Support franchise expansion and onboarding by coordinating store launches, partner training, SOP implementation, and go-live readiness across new locations. • Ensure strict adherence to...
