Job Overview

The Framing Division Manager is responsible for the start-up, leadership, and ongoing operation of the Framing Division. This role provides strategic direction and hands‑on operational oversight to ensure framing activities are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality and building code standards. The Manager is accountable for workforce leadership, production performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement as the division scales.
