Responsibilities

• Create 20–25 first meetings in 90 days across smart‑cities, med‑devices, and agri‑tech
• Build a 3× pipeline; move 4+ qualified opps to proposal stage
• Drive pilots to signature in 60–90 days; expand to production or seats

Compensation (commission‑only phase) & Core‑team & equity track (must hit within 6 months)
