The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly autonomous, CPA-designated Fractional Finance Manager to manage the financial architecture of a sophisticated multi-entity portfolio. This role reports directly to the Principal and oversees a diverse ecosystem, including international consultancy operations, a private real estate holding group, and a newly launched Not-for-Profit (NFP) foundation dedicated to global knowledge-sharing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the financial launch of a high-impact Not-for-Profit. You will establish the chart of accounts, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Manage the complex migration of specific business units, intellectual assets, and personnel from the private corporate side to the NFP entity, ensuring tax efficiency and regulatory compliance.
