We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for a creative retail hub, to provide strategic leadership and marketing expertise on a part-time basis, for 30 - 35 hours a month for 3 - 6 months. You'll be focused on providingstrategic direction and light operational oversight for their marketing department.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive lead generation and build a consistent inbound pipeline to support growth.
