This role is centred in the Surveillance Sector, where you will play a crucial part in developing firmware and working on FPGAs that support both proven surveillance radar systems and breakthrough next-generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing high-performance firmware for critical surveillance radar solutions like Osprey and Seaspray
Engaging in requirement capture, architecture definition, design maturation, integration, and qualification support of next-generation surveillance radars
Analysing system-level requirements and capturing/deriving detailed firmware requirements
Utilising technical expertise in firmware design techniques and tools, from VHDL to place-and-route
Specifying timing and area constraints for efficient FPGA place-and-route
