Position Overview
- Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across multiple countries in the Americas.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and proactively flag risks and opportunities to senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Act as the finance lead for M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Partner closely with Controllers, regional functional leaders, and corporate teams to ensure financial alignment and governance.
- Present financial insights, reports, and recommendations to regional executives and global stakeholders.
- Support ERP implementations and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting standards.
