Responsibilities


+ Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for global R&D organization, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and decision support

+ Serve as primary finance partner to R&D leadership, providing insights on investment, risk, speed-to-market, and cost management

+ Manage R&D FP&A activities including operating expense and headcount planning, capital and investment tracking, and ROI analysis

+ Guide R&D leaders through scenario analysis, planning assumptions, and trade-offs to align with enterprise financial objectives

+ Develop models to assess financial impacts, capacity utilization, and risk exposure across R&D projects and pipelines
