Kelly is seeking a FP&A Automation Lead to work with our client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a long-term temporary basis (12+ months) at their Sunnyvale campus. This role will have a big impact on the finance team by building scalable automations that reduce manual work and improve speed, accuracy, and transparency in reporting.

The FP&A Automation Lead will:

+ Build and maintain automated reporting and planning workflows (e.g., Excel Power Query/Pivot, macros, Power BI, and/or other automation tools) to streamline recurring processes and reduce manual effort
+ Independently execute financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across P&L and balance sheet
