Pylot is seeking a Founding CTO to be a key co-founder working with the CEO and COO. You will own the MVP and build essential infrastructures for the company, focusing on WhatsApp messaging and bilingual systems.

The position requires 5+ years in software development with a strong emphasis on LLM and NLP systems, alongside the ability to handle logistics workflows. This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai, offering equity and a path to raise pre-seed funding.
