We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing customer service team!
As a Call Center Agent , you’ll handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide outstanding service — all while representing top global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns and questions via phone calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions using internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in every interaction
