Qualification & Experience
Minimum 16–18 years of education in Education or relevant discipline
Teacher training / education programs
Proven experience in training delivery, coaching, or capacity building
FLN frameworks
Pedagogy and classroom practices
Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs for FLN Fellows and teachers
Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and classroom support
Ensure standardized training quality across schools
Training materials
Lesson plans
Teaching strategies
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
Support program teams in improving instructional quality
