Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Foundation Tutor at Entry Level 1 to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team starting in August 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis.

Foundation Tutor (Entry Level 1)

This role offers a permanent full-time academic contract working 37 hours per week and pays on the Academic Pay Scale (T1 £31,633 – T11 £45,341).

The position of Foundation Tutor (Entry Level 1) at Berkshire College of Agriculture entails delivering high-quality teaching and assessment, aimed at providing an excellent educational and training experience, while also promoting active student learning. To be successful, applicants must have recent teaching experience at the Foundation or Entry level, specifically demonstrating success with SEND learners who have complex or severe needs.
