How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The **Training Liaison – Propel** serves as the primary support resource for participants in both the **Company Pilot Pathway** and **Scholarship Pilot Pathway** as they progress through the flight training phase of the Propel program.

+ Must be a Retired Delta Air Lines pilot

**Time Commitment:**

+ Part-time role
+ Up to 20 hours per week (average)
+ This role works on an as needed basis, this is a part-time position

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
