The Flight Operations ACC Tower Liaison serves as a subject matter expert supporting Line Operations, the DTW Chief Pilot Office and Delta Professional Services (DPS). This part-time role is based in Atlanta (ATL) and assigned to Detroit (DTW), providing operational support within the Airport Customer Center (ACC). The Liaison plays a critical role in real-time flight operations, ensuring coordination and communication between pilots, ACC teams, and other operational departments.

This role works on an as needed basis, this is a part-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Act as the primary point of contact for pilots regarding operational issues at ACC.
+ Support pilots during safety-related events, MCC coordination, and conflict resolution.
