Position Overview

 – High?Rise Residential Buildings (MIVAN & Conventional Formwork)   
The Formwork Foreman is responsible for supervising and executing all formwork activities for high-rise residential building  structures. The role requires strong hands?on experience in MIVAN Aluminium Formwork , while also managing conventional and modular shuttering  for podiums, basements, and non-MIVAN areas. The candidate must ensure safe, quality, and timely completion of structural work floors in a residential tower. 
Key Responsibilities  
1. MIVAN Aluminium Formwork (Primary Responsibility)  
Execute and supervise MIVAN formwork for: Shear walls and partition wallsSlabs and beamsColumns and lift coresStaircases and landing areasBalcony and façade elements (where applicable) 
Achieve planned cycle times  (daily/2-day/3-day cycle) for high?rise residential floors.
