**Job Description**

This role combines general labor and forklift operation in a busy, highly industrial facility. You will sort and grade metals, handle incoming materials, and work directly with customers while operating in an outdoor and warehouse environment that is often exposed to the elements. The position emphasizes safety, hands-on work, and continuous skills development, including formal safety training and progressive forklift training.

**Responsibilities**

+ Complete an initial safety training program over the first three days and successfully pass required safety certifications before operating equipment.
