**Job Description**

This role is a hands-on maintenance tech position responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of forklifts and material handling equipment across two facilities. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime, with growth potential into managing equipment across multiple locations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric and propane forklifts and related equipment
+ Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems (turret trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts)
+ Perform and track preventive maintenance (inspections, lubrication, batteries, tires, fluids)
+ Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent breakdowns
+ Replace common wear components and perform minor adjustments
+ Coordinate major repairs with vendors and manage parts inventory
