We’re looking for a passionate outdoor educator to lead Forest School sessions and support off‑site educational visits for young people with SEMH needs. You’ll bring learning to life through hands‑on outdoor experiences, helping pupils build confidence, resilience and a love of the natural world.
What you will bring:
Plan and deliver engaging Forest School sessions for small groups and 1:1 learnersLead outdoor learning and educational visits that spark curiosity and support wider developmentAdapt activities to meet individual needs and EHCP targetsCreate safe, stimulating outdoor environments in all weathersWork collaboratively as part of our One Team to support academic, social and behavioural progressMaintain records, track progress and contribute to pupils’ accreditation pathwaysAbout You
