**Description:**

**POSITION PURPOSE:**

This position will use face-to-face individual, group psychotherapy, and family-focused behavioral health management techniques to provide assessment and behavioral health supports. Community Treatment Teams (CTT) is the highest level of outpatient care with opportunities to serve the neediest in the community through an evidence-based approach.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

+ Participate in Treatment Team meetings, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff.
+ Ability to develop treatment plans based on consumers stage of change for identified problems and needs
+ Ability to implement stage wise treatment interventions as well as exercise sound clinical judgment in routine, urgent, and emergent clinical situations
+ Attend court, local magistrate hearings and advocate for person served.
