Summary: Essel Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a highly experienced Foreman/Supervisor to oversee remediation and demolition projects on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:


+ Provide clear direction and leadership to 1-10 person crews during remediation and demolition projects.

+ Interact with and support the onsite Superintendent, assisting in scheduling and ordering goods, products, and services necessary for project completion.

+ Directly oversee and ensure the safety of individuals assigned to the crew during shifts.

+ Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
