Foreman II - Controls

Position Overview

As a Foreman II - Controls, you'll serve as a first-line leader in commercial building automation and controls service/installation projects, supervising a crew to execute safe, high-quality work on DDC systems, sensors, actuators, controllers, and integration with HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, you'll coordinate daily on-site activities, provide guidance and training to your team, ensure compliance with codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards, and contribute to project success by meeting schedule, budget, and client expectations.
