**Job Title: Foreman**

**Job Description**

This role leads commercial framing and drywall projects in a mountain environment, with a strong focus on supervising crews, coordinating work on site, and ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and according to plans. The foreman spends the vast majority of time leading others and managing the job rather than performing hands-on work, stepping in on tools only when necessary during downtime.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise jobsite crews, spending approximately 95% of time directing others and running the project rather than performing manual labor.
+ Plan and coordinate daily work activities to keep projects on schedule and aligned with project goals.
+ Read and interpret structural and architectural blueprints and build directly from these plans.
