**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with union experience to lead and coordinate field crew activities on construction projects. This position involves working closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and union requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Direct and coordinate daily work activities of assigned crew members.
+ Assign tasks and monitor work progress throughout the day.
+ Ensure crews understand the scope of work, schedule expectations, and quality standards.
+ Communicate clearly with the Superintendent regarding labor, material, and equipment needs.
+ Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times.
+ Conduct or assist with daily safety discussions, toolbox talks, and job hazard reviews.
