Job Purpose: To provide outstanding customer experience that retains customers.
Qualifications:
Matric / Grade 12
Basic literacy and numeracy
Experience Required: At least
two years’
experience in the following:
Giving a warm welcome to customers and offering agile professionalised service.
Offering value-added service to the customer such as checking oil, tyre pressure, and windscreen wash.
Dispensing various types of fuel to customers and various types of transactions (i.e. cash and electronic payments).
Offering end-to-end differentiated customer experience in accordance with Shell standards.
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the working environment at all times.
