Job Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a FL barred attorney with foreclosure experience for a temp to perm role with our client. The successful candidate will need to have experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions in Florida.
* Location: Boca Raton, FL or Miami, FL
* This role is Hybrid.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the FL bar. The candidate will need to physically appear for hearings, court conferences, etc. in Florida foreclosure actions. 2+ years of experience in foreclosure. Bankruptcy experience is a plus.
