We are recruiting a Senior Footwear Developer to join a highly innovative, fast‑moving environment focused on next‑generation performance running shoes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who wants to step into a high‑autonomy position and work at the forefront of footwear innovation, advanced manufacturing, and material development.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position centred on technical execution. You will own the complete footwear development journey, from digital files to finished high‑performance products. Working closely with engineering and manufacturing partners, you will lead the development of 3D printed footwear. The role involves travel to factories across Europe, North America and Asia.
