Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Delivery: Perform specialized reflexology, and often shoulder/hand, massages using thumbs and fingers to stimulate specific reflex zones.
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs, discuss medical conditions, and explain the benefits of the treatment.
- Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize work areas, sterilize tools, and replace linens between clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Customer Service: Build rapport, address customer inquiries, and ensure a professional, comfortable experience.
